Technical Support Engineer. (0-2 year exp.)

Job Description:
Responsible for working as a front line executive for managing computer and server related tickets in the technical department.
candidate will be an intermediary between the Company and its customer, responding to the client via online Chats, emails.
Categorizing and assigning tickets to technical support engineers depending on different parameters.
Providing technical solutions to the problems of the client through remote support tools.
Ensuring that the tickets are efficiently documented, properly managed and right information is provided to clients.

Desired Skills
The ability to understand and provide solutions to technical problems in the companies service desk.
Should have Excellent Customer Service Skills
A professional approach towards problems and responding to them in a timely manner.
Basic and Advanced level skills on computers are a must to understand the technical process.
Good reading and writing skills in order to understand technical details of a ticket.
