This is a simplified over view of how our services are delivered:

Our NOC works using your RMM and PSA. To get started with our services you need to create an account for the NOC in your RMM & PSA. Create a new board or queue in your PSA. Re-direct RMM alerts for devices to be managed by NOC to this Board.

Our NOC will pick up tickets from the board. Remote to the device using your RMM to resolve the issue. We then document the ticket in your PSA so you can easily pull performance and SLA reports. All this while following a ITIL aligned process that you can customize.

How much time does it take for NOC on-boarding ?

For less than 200 devices you can get started in 24 hours. However, for larger number of devices we may need 3 – 4 days before we can ensure complete coverage.

Does ITimpulse NOC provide service for VOIP or PBX servers?

No. We do not. We have no future plans to do so.

What Devices are supported by the NOC?

We support Servers, Workstations, thin-clients, Mobile devices and Network printer.
