    For less than 200 devices you can get started in 24 hours. However, for larger number of devices we may need 3 - 4 days before we can ensure complete coverage.

  • Does ITimpulse provide any software for remote monitoring or access?

    No. We do not provide any software. We are a service company.
    We use the software that our customers have purchased.

  • How Can I Add Or Remove Devices From The NOC ?

    You can do so by logging into your account at portal.itimpulse.in. If you do not have an account, You can email onboarding@itimpulse.in to add or remove devices. You can also contact your Account manager for the same.

  • How Can I contact the NOC?

    If you are not an existing customer give us a call on +1-646-351-8634 and choose an appropriate option from the IVR.

  • How Can I Manually Submit Work Requests ?

    For all existing NOC customers, if you would like to submit a work request, you can submit a ticket directly to our queue in your PSA.
    Turn around time on work requests is 24 hours.

  • Can I have a mix and match of devices with Add-on disabled or enabled?

    Yes.
    You can choose if the add-on is enabled or disabled for each device.

  • What happens if I submit a work request for a device with Add-on disabled?

    You will receive an email notification alerting you about the issue.
    The task will be charged at hourly rate if you want us to complete the task.

  • I see your testimonials are anonymous. What is the reason for that?

    Our NOC services are private. We sign a NDA and guarantee complete anonymity in order to maintain privacy from their competitors. Which is why, the testimonials are anonymous.

    Although, our customers are mighty pleased with our services and never shy to provide a reference, there may be circumstances they would not want to reveal their identity. If you are a managed IT services provider and interested in our services, we will share the contacts of our existing customers with you only after their prior permission.

  • What If I Have An Issue With My Invoice?

    We take utmost care to make sure there is nothing wrong with the invoice.

    However, if you have concerns, you can email us at accounts@itimpulse.in and we will respond within 1 working day.

  • Do You Send Invoices?

    Yes, Your invoice will be generated in the first week of every month and will be payable before the end of month.

    There is no late payment fee.

    If you add device to the NOC once your Invoice for the month has been generated, you will be charged for the additional devices in the next invoice.

  • What Are The Modes Of Payment?

    We accept payments via Paypal or direct wire/bank transfers.

    There is an additional 5% charge for payment via Paypal.

  • How do I close my account?

    You can close your account 15 days after letting your account manager know that you are not satisfied with the service. After the 15 days, if you are unsatisfied with our services we will cancel your account immediately.
    All the payments will be returned, be assured of that.
